RCS stopped working

I had a OnePlus 6T for 2 years, not a carrier supported device, yet RCS worked fine until a week or so ago.. Messages show "sent" though they are never delivered.

Both my spouse and I upgraded to Samsung s20+ yesterday. RCS worked on it until this afternoon and has quit. It's the same problem I had with the OnePlus.

2 phones made by different manufacturers tells me it's not the device.

Anybody got any ideas?

I was able to contact CS and the tech reset my connection. This corrected the problem.
