question of unlocking att phone

This is Yong-hoon Kim (My phone is Galaxy S10+ ;  IMEI: Edited as per community guidelines; My phone number was Edited as per community guidelines) 
 
I bought this phone at the AT & T store for $999).

I received the unlock code (Edited as per community guidelines) you sent me and tried to unrock it. (My request number: Edited as per community guidelines) 

But it doesn't work out.

In particular, my phone just says that the unlock code is invalid and "Incorrect network unlock code entered."

I bought this smart phone in the U.S.(AT & T store) and I returned to South Korea with this phone.

I want to use this smart phone in South Korea, so I have to unlock it in order to use it.

Please help me to unlock this phone.

To get a better understanding of what's happening with your unlock request, we'll ask a few questions:

  • Did the cellphone you purchased from us has completed either 60 days postpaid or 6 months of prepaid wireless service with AT&T
  • Have you submitted a Device Unlock Request? If so, was that request approved or denied? 
  • Have you followed the Unlock Code Instructions after a code was sent to you?

Provide us more specific details to proceed further.
