PUK locked
My kid somehow made my galaxy s21 5G PUK lock. I'm terrified to touch it! I tried accessing my account from my pc to see account overview, but I'm unable to access the verification code sent in a text to my phone because, well, PUK locked.

Postpaidthe puk code is in your online account. If you can’t access it you must call. Prepaid you must call

I've called and they tell me to go to the website that just told me to call them. (Edited per community guidelines)
