Promised Rewards Card

In March 2022 i promised a 200.00 rewards card. I received it on 3.10.22, i generated the process 3.10.22. I would check for the process, and no info was there. I called 5 different times to follow up 3 of 5 call said it was on the way.(paper said ti expired May 2022) even in September 2022 they said it was on the way. Then i lost my new phone and inquire about it again and they said "it expired in May 25, 2022. Well how come i never received it? She told me "it expired"

Bills increase. Prices increase on all things. I’m not sure what losing your phone has to do with a rewards card from a year and 8 months ago.

I am not a texter. LOSING MY PHONE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REWARDS CARDS!! I am speaking ofthe supervising agent who came to my dooronce i got wifi. Promised the 250 rewards card. I followed the instructions on form sent to me and got confirmation. It gave choice to ge card or email(online), i chose card. It was all false cuz I NEVER GOT ANYTHING BUT  DIFFERENT STORIES. AND OF XOURSENIT HAD EXPIRATION DATE.
