PROBLEMS WITH TEXT MESSAGING on Samsung S5

I upgraded from an iPhone to Samsung S5. First of all, i recieved the new phone from a good neighbor 1 block away, my phone got sent there. And for my main problem, the first few days i could not recieve and send messages, this was addressed by customer service online, but the only thing they cant correct is there is one of my contacts that keeps sending same messages, i clarified to her but she said she did not send any. I don't know if its the phone or the service.

To confirm, are you using the stock messaging app on the phone? This only happens with one contact, correct?  How often does it happen?

We can try a couple of things to correct this. First, go to Settings>Applications>Application mananger>All>Messaging and clear the cache for the app.

If this happens often, try booting up the device in Safe Mode - http://bit.ly/1rvszQv for a bit and check if you still receive the message.
