problems with getting my cellphone

To whom it may concern,


My name is Arash Taghikhani. I have got an AT&T simcard on 03/13/2022 from one of your stores(J9D4) in Tallahassee,Fl. I also asked for a Samsung s22 ultra mobile phone and they told me if you want to get it by tomorrow you can ask for 128 Gb one, and I accept it because I wanted to have it by 03/14/2022. My confirmation id is 51-511000031913520.

I have not received my phone yet. If I wanted to wait for two weeks definitely I would go for 256Gb one.

I want ask AT&T to solve this problem for me.
