please let me know how to unlock my galaxy Tab S 8.4
Fewdays ago, I got my AT&T galaxy tab s 8.4 LTE ver. fr. bestbuy.
I thought there would be no problem getting unlock code.
(i`m not AT&T user / it is a brand new tablet)
But AT&T support team said
"Unfortunately, your unlock request was denied because: Your device is no longer supported, and we can no longer obtain the unlock code from the manufacturer."
they even said
"Hi there! @mashimaro033 Thanks for posting your unlock concerns. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues with this.
The site not showing the device being supported should be resolved at this time.
Please go back to https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/#/unlockrequest and select the option for non-AT&T customer. It should now process your unlock request."
my requst for unlock code has been denied twice.(Non-AT&T Mobility Customers)
what should I do? somebody help me T-T
I`m getting crazy w/ my tablet.

you still have to wait the 14 day buyers remorse period before they will unlock it.

Then, can I get the unlock code after 14 days from the day of receive?

if its in the system you can. The problem I have seen on the forums if the device has never been on the ATT network its a pain to get them unlocked. Have you tried 3rd party unlock sites that charge?
Why buy a sim locked tablet in the first place.

nope, I haven't tried to get unlock code through third party.
As I heard, the policy of AT&T is that
the brand new AT&T model is for free to get unlock code through the support team.

If you never intended on using the device on AT&T, why not buy an unlocked version from the start. Yes, you can get unlocks for new devices but it is not necessary a quick or easy process.
