Pardon?

Since AT&T does not ship phones outside of the United States, where did you purchase this phone and from who? If you bought it thinking it was unlocked, complain to whoever sold you the phone

To unlock any phone, use the unlock portal: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/

You can certainly put in a request but not likely your phone meets the unlock requirements.

Lets get you to the right path of unlocking your device @Makatee!

Please know that in order for the device to proceed with the unlock process, it must complete all Eligibility Requirements as mentioned in the highlighted article. If the device has not met those requirements, it will be ineligible to unlock.

Was the device purchased through AT&T or a 3rd-Party retailer? If the cellphone was purchased from retailers such as E-Bay, Amazon, or FB Marketplace you will need to reach out to the original owner/seller for them to submit an unlock request on your behalf.

Was the device currently or previously active on the AT&T network? The cellphone must complete either 60 days postpaid or 6-months of prepaid wireless service with AT&T

We recommend accessing our Device Unlock Portal, to input your IMEI and other information to submit the request.

Also, to be of service to you while abroad, please contact our International Support Team at +1.314.925.6925 for additional assistance.

We hope this helps, thanks for reaching out to the community.
