Phone service keeps dropping. May need new sim?

My Galaxy S9s service randomly cut out when I was sending a text earlier this week but it came back within the hour. Today it happened again and it hasn't come back in 4 hours as of typing this. Ive tried every troubleshooting method available for this specific issue but haven't had any luck I think there may be an issue with my sim card. I would like to replace it but can't contact any support teams.

Thank you for reaching out. The connection dropping on your device could be the SIM card, though it's also possibly caused by heavy demand on the network in your area. You can directly report dropped calls and service issues with the AT&T Mark the Spot app.


If it is the SIM card, you can order a replacement SIM card on the AT&T site.
