Phone receives calls, sends and receives texts, and has no issues with data, but won't make phone calls
Phone (Samsung S22+ SM-S906U) receives calls, sends and receives texts, and has no issues with data, but won't make phone calls just get a recording that the phone number dialed can't be completed as dialed. Numbers straight dialed and from ,contact lists, both 10 or 11 digit dialed. No issues receiving calls, sending or receiving texts, or using data. I've restarted several times, reset the network settings, and did a factory restore to no avail. Yesterday I went to the ATT store and they did the same things and replaced the SIM card, still nothing. Just got the phone at the beginning of April and it worked fine until the first week of May.

If you haven't already reinsert your SIM Card to reset your device and check our coverage map to ensure that you have signal which is needed to make calls. Here are other troubleshooting steps for your wireless calls:

1) call forwarding, do not disturb and airplane mode is turned off
2) per my online account status the phone is not suspended and there are no issues
3) software is all up to date
4) some calls are being blocked, but i'm not having any trouble receiving calls, i'm only having issues making calls and none of the calls I'm trying to make are blocked numbers.
5) I don't use AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security
6) I ran the troubleshoot and resolve tool and it found no issues.
The issue still remains - I am able to receive calls, send and receive texts, still not able to make phone calls.

In the meantime, let us know in the DM, if you recently changed your device as we need to ensure that your device is updated on your account. Also, let us know if your LTE service/HD Voice is turned on as this is required after the 3G shutdown.
