Phone order still says in process after a week
i am a new customer and i order my phone a week ago and it has not came in yet. the phone was in stock so i don't understand what the hold up is. is this how your customer service usually works? Not a fan so far as a new customer.

You have to wait for Support to send you one. Once they do, the dialog bubble, to the left of the bell icon will appear with a red dot in the corner. Pay attention because the notification doesn't last for a long time.
