Phone keeps cutting in and out

ThanksWe switched to ATT because we live in the country and Verizon wouldn't work. Our neighbor got a tower put on his property so we left Verizon and went to ATT. Worked great for the first couple of years and now when I make calls it cuts off so I can't hear the other person but they can here me. I have an Unlocked Samsung s10 and Att doesn't offer me wifi calling on the device. My parents however do have wifi calling and it is turned on and does the same thing. My husband has an iPhone 10 and it did it till he updated the SIM Card firmware. Does anyone know how to do this with Samsung or is there other options. I have to work at home more and more and with no phone, it is very hard.

As far are cellular connectivity goes, do you have any issues with texts? We know you mentioned you have issues with calls. If you aren't experiencing any troubles with texting, please let us know. We want to see if the issue is related to your area, or if it's isolated to just phone calls. Have you tried any troubleshooting? This can range from resetting your network settings, and things of that nature.
