people cannot hear me clearly whether direcly bluetooh or headset but I can hear them
When talking on the phone, I can hear other people clearly, but my voice breaks up no matter if I am talking directly, or using my blue tooth headset, or through my truck's bluetooth. However, if I talk using WHATSAP the call ranges from clear to mostly clear. I've cleared my cache, powered down my phone, and uninstalled the only two recent apps I'd downloaded. . . and checked to make sure I the most recent update.

Carlton, it took hours but I backed up my phone per the instructions you gave me. However it occurred to me. Once I do the reset how do i get the backup data back on to my phone. I only see instructions on how to do that from the cloud.
