Order status

Hello I was wondering why my order has not yet arrived. It's been 2 weeks since I placed this order and was promised a 1 to 2 day delivery.

We understand your concerns with your order being delayed, and we want to help you with checking the status, @Kikin303.


You'll need to go to your order history and sign in. Once logged in, find the order you want to check. To search for your order, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to My orders.
  2. Enter your Order number and ZIP Code.

If you don't know your order number, you should check the confirmation email we sent you. 


For wireless orders, you also have additional ways for checking the status: 

  • Use our automated system: Call 877.782.8870 and follow the prompts.
  • View orders placed at Go to Apple Order Status and follow the prompts.

Keep in mind:

  • You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships. 
  • Pre-ordered devices ship on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Back-ordered devices ship when they're available.
