Online order was canceled minutes after I placed the order

I placed an online order for the samsung galaxy watch4 classic 46mm black. the money for the taxes was deducted from my card and I received a confirmation email. Two minutes later i recieved another email stating my order was canceled. I contact At&t and spoke with 3 different reps. for over 35 minutes and nobody knows why it was canceled. One representatives said his system was working slow and he will call me back with an answer. As of now it's been an hour and no one has contacted me.

I can't say for sure but it's likely that the order was cancelled because something in the order or account flagged in the system as fraudulent. It's happened to me before and while annoying, better to be safe than sorry. Good news is the hold placed on the funds typically falls off within a few days. Best bet is to visit a Company owned AT&T store and have them replace the order since they can validate ID in store.
