Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to look at this with you. Have you gone into your myAT&T account and removed NumberSync from the wearable? When you restore it after, you should be able to sync it to your phone. Try this:
If your phone still won't sync to your wearable, could you let us know what type of phone you have, the type of phone your husband has, and the type of wearable?
