Now can I retrieve/change my vm pw?

Hi there! I usually use visual vm, but today I accidentally called vm and was prompted to put in my pw, but idr setting one! 😆 I've been locked out a couple times and just trying to avoid being online in que for forever or in person. I've tried all the 4 digit pws I thought it might be. Any idea??

We are here to help you reset your voicemail password, so you can access your voicemail again, @MissEvlKit.

We do understand how important it is to be able to access your voicemail to check your messages. To reset your voicemail:

First, make sure you're in an AT&T wireless coverage area. If you’re not, you will not be able to create a new voicemail password.

Go to your account overview and open My wireless.
Scroll to My Devices & add-ons and choose the device you want to manage.
Select Manage my device.
Look in Device options & settings, choose Reset voicemail password, and follow the prompts.

Once your password has been reset, you will be able to use your new password to access your voicemail again!
