Note 9 9.0 update?
So I've been waiting weeks with my note 9 and I have no inclination of an update to my phones OS. I know that one UI has been out for like 2 months, and I keep trying to force update but it just keeps saying my phone is up to date. Check the software version and its still just 8.1. Any thoughts?

We'd love to help with this. Here are things to know about software updates through AT&T. Check to see if your device meets the requirements to receive the update. If it does and you aren't able to update your device manually, The update is being rolled out in waves. If you haven't received it yet, it should make its way to you.

Same not helpful reply on every thread AT&T... We've all tried that. How about something different and actually useful
