Note 4 5.1.1 Update error
When I try to update, it downloads, restarts, gets about 1%, then says error. It reboots back to my lock screen and doesnt update. If I try to go to settings and then check for updates, I have to wait another 24 hours...
I've booted holding the power, home, and volume up buttons and wiped my cache. when it reboots from there, it tries to install the update upon reboot, but then says "no command"
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I can't wait to see my phone run like everyone says it does on this update!
Edit: BTW, on stock Touchwiz. Never been rooted.
Thanks in advance,
Wes

Clear the cache from Settings --> Storage ---> Cached Data and select to clear it.
Then change Date and Time in settings a day or 2 ahead of what day it is.
Then check for updates again.
That's it!
Hope this helps some people.
Happy updating.

I have 6.47 Gb free on internal storage. I should be good on space on the install, so that is not the problem for me, as far as I know.
Please keep going with suggestions!

Also you might want to check with att to make sure the imei of your note 4 is the one in there system.

Same here, stock ROM and over 10 gigs of system memory free on the device storage (more on the sad card but I'm not counting that) so memory isn't the issue.
I'll check and make sure the IMEI on file matches the device.

I have two Galaxy Note 4 devices the following steps below worked on both phones.
After multiple failures I cleared the interal cache and the unmounted cache partition and the update installed. I had initially just cleared the cache partition which didn't fix it so I'm not sure if doing both fixed it or just doing the internal one fixed it. What I know is that clearing just the unmounted cache partition didn't fix it. Below is how you clear both.
Clearing unmounted Cache partition: Shut down phone | Hold- Power, Home & Up Vol till you feel vibration | let go of Home and Power continue holding Up Vol | when recovery mode loads let go of Up Vol | Using Vol Down choose Wipe Cache Partition (DO NOT WIPE THE PRIMARY PARTITION) | Press Power button to select it | Choose restart phone.
