Note 3 MMS messaging issues

I have a note 3, and suddenly I cannot receive or send MMS messages...help please

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can try a couple of troubleshooting steps to fix the problem you're experiencing.

When this started occurring, had you downloaded any files or apps around the same time? 

Try going to Menu>Settings>General>Application manager>All>Messaging and clear the cache.

 

Try Menu>Settings>General>Application manager then press Menu>Reset app preferences and tell us if this helps.


Verify with AT&T to make sure your account has MMS activated.
