Note 20 Ultra 5G Advance message problems

Not sending/receiving messages while using advance messaging.  

I have factory reset. I've cleared cache,  memory,  force stop,  cache cleanup through maintenance mode (power and up key during startup) tried multiple wifi and Hotspot and it all ways seems to be the same thing, everything is up to date, I refreshed service through att.

I have to disconnect from wifi or at times reconnect to get messages to send/deliver. It takes minutes even for small things such as gifs to process. I've read hundreds of post about this issue.

Is there any working solutions other than using 3rd party aps?

Thank you for reaching out to us. You probably need to bring your phone to an AT&T store so that a tech can look into this for you.
