Note 10+ can't send or receive mms on wifi ONLY!!!

I have done everything that is listed and read online. It doesn't work since update. And the forum didn't solve the issue publicly only privately! I don't see why! I need this fixed before reporting on BBB!!!! IT SEEMS TO BE ONLY ASSOCIATED WITH AT&T

We understand how frustrating it can be unable to send and receive MMS on your device. Allow for us to provide a few helpful suggestions to resolve your current issue.


Due to this being a known issue, we have found a few helpful steps that have been known to resolve the MMS error.


First, we recommend that you turn off Advanced Messaging in your device's settings. To access Advanced Messaging on your device, feel try these following steps:

  • Scroll down and select the Messages App
  • Select Menu Icon, then select Settings
  • Advanced Messaging > On/Off Option

Another helpful tip we found, is Enabling Developer Option on your Samsung Note 10+:

  • Go to Settings, then tap "About Device"
  • Scroll to Build Number, then tap the option seven times
  • Enter you PIN or password
  • Under Networking> Enable Mobile Data Always
