No network connection

There is a circle with a line through it at the top of the screen. I am unable to make or receive calls. No network connection.

Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked.  I called tech support but no resolution.  I was advised to replace the phone.  It’s a possible internal issue with the phone.

Totally frustrating! Bran new phones and can’t make calls. Tried all of the “fix it” and nothing works. Circle with a line through it.

Did replacing it fix your issue because we replaced our S22 Ultra and the same issue still exists. About to leave AT&T.

The device was replaced by AT&T.  This corrected the issue.

How does one go about getting AT&T to replace their defective phone that is under warranty for another 3+ months. Everyone I talk to wants me to file a claim which will result in me having to pay a deductible. My phone is not broken or cracked, and no water damage. I shouldn't have to pay the deductible when it is clearly no fault of my own and instead an issue with the phone itself.
