No Estimated Ship Tab for Tablet

I placed an order 4 days ago and I have an estimated ship date for my Note 20 Ultra. My Tab S4 has no information on an estimated ship date. How can I get this information.  Its not in my order status tab

Have you already visited our Order Management Portal? This allows you to sign in and see the status of your orders. We'd like to know the current status of this order for your tablet, if you're able to see it. Once we have that information, we can let you know what to expect as far as when it may be shipped.
