No Email No signal

For 3 days my Galexy s10 will not let me set up my email. it is a sbcglobal.net email address. I talked to repair said they are having issues.  When will this be fixed?//  Also, for months I have no bars on cell for connectivity.  Even when I call ATT I have to switch to home phone so they can understand me...I have lived here 20 years never an issue.  My only other option would be to switch carriers.  very poor service

AT this time AT&T doesn't an update to provide. We are working on a efficient resolution. Please check in regularly for an update. 

 

In regards to your connectivity experience:

  • Can you please provide the zip code for the area you're experiencing this issue at?
