No cell service

I have had a Samsung Galaxy S22 since May 2022.  Two days ago, I couldn't make calls-- they wouldn't connect. Twice, calls connected but the person I was calling could not hear me, though I could hear them. Nothing I entered on the key pad, when using automated call attendants, worked.  Oddly enough, my Samsung Galaxy S20, with a different phone number but on the same AT&T account, is working fine. Any advice?

We understand the importance of making calls and receiving them on your Samsung Galaxy S22,@gonzalez8lin

Our first recommendation would be to turn your device off for a couple of seconds, then turn it back on. Doing this refreshes the functions within, to help with connection to our network.

Our second recommendation would be to use our trouble shoot and resolve tool to help address your wireless call issues. Just simply click the gray box that says, "Start", to begin the real time diagnostics. If you scroll further down, you'll find an instructional video to assist you.

Our third recommendation would be to reset your network settings. If you are having connectivity issues, you can try resetting your network settings. Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the settings icon Settings icon > scroll to and select General management > select Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > select Reset to confirm.

Please let us know the results. Thanks for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!
