No 4glte after updating at&t software

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and lost my 4GLTE after updating my at&t software. I have tried going into settings and opening up mobile networks to select 4glte, but it no longer gives that or any other option. It won't even allow me to select "default setting". It's as though everything got deleted when I did the update. How do I fix this?

Hey @Mmyers531

I’d be happy to help with your 4G LTE access! It sounds like the APN settings on the device may have been changed after the update.

Check out our eSupport article on configuring APN settings by clicking here. Upon expanding the Android section, we’ll see the steps on accessing the APN settings and the required configuration. Please ensure your current settings match those provided.

I hope this helps!
