New phone

Just got a s24 ultra and can text and call but no service, people at store couldn't figure it out

Please explain what you mean by "can text and call but no service," since being able to text and call is what most people describe as "having service."

So... you don't have data/Internet.  It could be a property setting, an issue with your phone's hardware, a problem with your SIM or a problem with your account provisioning.  Before you got the Samsung S24 Ultra, did you have AT&T service?  Was the data working then?  What kind of phone was that?

I had my line reactivated and they though Sim wad bad so they game me a esim

Why was the line deactivated? 

By the way this is the worst game of 20 questions ever. If you could just fill in more information without us having to pull teeth it would really help YOU

Otherwise just call AT&T, which is not what you get on a community populated forum as you can see the only response you get from AT&T is to contact them directly

It was deactivated for about 7 months and when they reactivated it it's seeming to not work right. But on there end they say it's good and got a new Sim, reset phone, restarted phone, everything works besides internet. If that helps

Okay back to the worst game of 20 questions. 🤦🏼‍♀️

There's really no point playing this game with a bunch of other consumers when the problem is not something we can fix. Call AT&T tomorrow
