New or Old sim?
I recently replaced my old Samsung Galaxy 8 with an s10e. The phone came with a new sim card, and the directions said to use the new sim card, otherwise some features may not be available. I put what I thought was the new sim in the new phone and did the activation. It doesn't work - No Sim Provisioned.
I checked online and it says the SIM has been activated.
So, dumb question. How do I know if:
1) I got the 2 cards mixed up and the new one really is in the phone, or
2) That something happened during activation, and the old sim is active.
The working sim works in both phones. I guess I should assume it it the new sim, but how can I be sure? I don't want to miss out on any features.
Thanks.

Hello @sjsimpson2000,
We can definitely provide you with some more information on this. Both of the cell phones that you're referring to use the same SIM card type, so you won't miss out on any features by using the new/old SIM card, as they are both the same. If your current SIM card is functioning properly, there is nothing further that needs to be done. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
