New equipment question
Can someone explain why it is taking so long to get my new equipment when I am upgrading on an existing line??? I ordered a new cell phone on the 15th of December and when I check the order status it is still in pre-order... This is very frustrating given my old equipment's display no longer works and can only make and take calls via Bluetooth connection.

Maybe the global chip shortage and phones are in short supply.
Especially the more expensive phones.
Pixel 6 Pro and the iPhone Pro Max with the largest amount of storage have been back-ordered right out of the gate.
