Need unlock code!
My hubby got a new samsumsung galaxy gear s at best buy today we took it to our mobile carrier to get a sim for it and they told us it is locked through at&t and we need a code to unlock it.

If you paid full price for it, AT&T will give you the unlock code.

They are supposed to, but sometimes it takes a while. It would be best to return for an unlocked version.
And if you ever need to update the OS, the unlocked version will need to be on the originating network, so it would need to be on the AT&T network for an OS update.

I’m afraid that smartwatches and all ‘wearables’ cannot be unlocked. We do not have the ability to unlock the Samsung Galaxy Gear S. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
