Need to Resend an Upgrade Confirmation Email
I placed an order to upgrade my device, and it sent an confirmation email to an email address attached to the account. However, I discovered the email address was wrong. Am I able to resend or receive the confirmation email to a different email account??

While we are unable to resend a confirmation email, as an alternative, you can check the status of your order using the Order Management Portal. You can also use myAT&T to ensure that your billing email address is accurate and up to date.
