My phones were Stolen off my porch
I ordered the Galaxy Note 10+ and when FedEx delivered them they didn't ring the doorbell or knock just left them for some porch pirate to add to their collection. I cannot believe a signature wasn't required for a package containing 2,000+ worth of phones... I was a corporate ATT manager for 10 years and the 2014 Summit award winner and I was treated like it was my fault

It's not AT&T's fault that the phone was stolen. You could argue it was FedEx's fault for leaving it on the porch without a signature, but that's between you and FedEx. If you have insurance, you can file a claim to replace it.

I disagree. And I posted this thread on a link to the community manager.
At&t is the only carrier, only phone seller, that delivers without a signature. It’s ridiculous, and the customer should not pay for it. They shouldn’t even have to ask twice for At&t to make it right.
That said: @JemmaDJones The only reason I ever had anything shipped from At&t to my home was because I was sure the box would be too big for my mailbox. Because I’m on a private road, anything that doesn’t fit it held at the post office.

So what did AT&T do? Replace the phone? Make you pay? Refund your money?
