My Galaxy A14 has no service?

I've had a few different phones but I've never had this issue, so i'm a little lost on what to do.  I cant get service?  It's a little confusing to explain, but I'll try.  Around december my family and I went on a cruise and since that happened I haven't been able to use the internet part of my service, I'm able to make and receive phone calls and texts but I cant do anything that requires internet unless I'm connected to the internet.

I've tried everything I could think of, soft resetting my phone, dusting off the SIM card, and even factory reseting my phone.  After I did the factory reset I was kinda lost, and I have no idea what to do at this point.  Please help!

Call AT&T.

This seems to happen when people leave the country especially if they use a non-AT&T SIM card in their phone.  Their day to get shut off. It should get turned off in the next bill cycle but it doesn't always.
