MMS doesn't work

Yesterday my MMS stopped receiving - Samsung Note 9. I've tried 3 different apps, reset the network, validated APN, talked to AT&T who checked the towers, enabled developer mode and turned on "always on mobile data," cleared storage & cache, checked on/off wifi (neither work), rebooted/power cycled at least 5 times, didn't align with a software upgrade for the phone, and have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the apps. Most of my MMS come from either mixed groups (iOS and Android), or photos from iOS. Anyone have any fixes? need help!

Hi @pdxalexis

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is currently a known issue that our network team is working diligently to resolve. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have the same issue. It started on Wed 5/27/2020 on my Galaxy S8. All of a sudden no group text. It doesn't matter the size of the group. I have tried everything mentioned by Pdxalexis above. I tried both the Google Messages app and Textra app with no luck. My group are mixed as well (iOS and Android on Tmobile, Verizon)

Please help! Thx.

I have an Unlocked AT & T LG V35 and while resident in Australia I use an Australian Network SIM card. Try as I may, there is no way I can send an MMS via my text message app. I have tried several text/MMS apps, none of them work with MMS. It seems that AT&T fiddle with the ROM to block MMS sending unless using a AT&T SIM card....  seems pretty small pennies minded to me!!! Thank goodness for Messenger and WhatsApp. Will definitely buy a "Factory Unlocked" phone now and give AT&T the 'flick'!
