I entered in the wrong unlock code. It is now asking for mkc number. What is that number. Samsung can NOT give me one. I have called so dont ask that. They said it comes from at&t. Need answers now. Ive read yall have a hard time giving out the mck number..lets not do it this time.

Thank you for reaching out to us.


Unfortunately, we don't have access to an MCK code for your cell phone, so we're unable to provide you with that information.


We do however, have access to Device unlock codes that are used to complete the unlock process for your cell phone, and begin using the device on a different wireless carrier's network.


We also have access to PUK codes that are used to unlock your AT&T SIM card, if it was locked after three wrong PIN entries.


We recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of your cell phone again, for further clarification on what it is that you're needing exactly.
