Missing features on my Note 3
Hi, I recently updated my note 3 to lollipop and I was wondering why I am missing some features? I don't have the trusted face smart lock feature, the app pinning feature or the guest mode feature. I also am unable to get into my scrapbook, every time I try to open it it says it's stopped working. It won't open at all! I am loving the new update so far besides the above mentioned issues. If you could please help me out I would appreciate it!

Thank you for your inquiry. Some features are added while other are removed with each update. For the scrapbook, try going to Menu>Settings>More>Application manager>All then find the app and clear the cache. Tell us if this helps.
You can also try Menu>Settings>More>Application manager>All then press Menu>Reset app preferences. This will reset the app settings, so you might need to restore some back to what you had them at.
