My biggest frustration is that it takes so much longer to charge. Wish I had taken some data points before upgrade to compare but there is no doubt it takes longer.

My Note5 took the update just fine and worked great until today. It's now frozen on the AT&T screen and has been for three hours. I can't power off, I can't reset, can't do anything. It's my only phone (no landline) so this is terrible.  Any ideas? I see this happened to someone else, too.

LoveHateMyNote: Hold the power and the volume down to force a soft reset. This should work even when the Note is frozen with the screen constantly on and nothing else seems to work. My Note was giving me fits starting about 2-3 updates ago. See above, It was constantly rebooting itself several times a day and sometimes freezing so I had to do soft resets as well. It seemed to get a little better for a week or so but then started right back up again. I searched online and I found articles that says that this is a problem with a mismatch in the firmware and the hardware with all the updates. I tried clearing the cache like they recommended and that didn't work. The next suggestion was a full factory restore which I did reluctantly but now my phone works perfectly again. It was painful but better than a phone that reboots all the time. I survived the last update as well and haven't seen anything adverse yet. Good luck
