keep getting spam and Phishing messages from email address

Theres no report option and forwarding to "SPAM" doesnt work for a email address I'm allittle confused how this Is happening please advise??

These are coming in as sms or mms to my mobile number not email account.  They are from a email though not a phone number.. @ATTCares

PLEASE THIS IS NOT A INTERNET ISSUE THESE ARE COMING INTO MY WIRELESS NUMBER And FORWARDING TO "SPAM" Results in A Broken Report as I see it... 
example.
 
MESSAGE IN SMS or MMS FROM A EMAIL ADDRESS To MY MOBILE NUMBER Somehow....
No Option in Samsung Messages To "Report As Spam" Or Most Of the Other Options Of A Normal Text or Message etc...
Forwarding Manually To "SPAM" 7726 Results in a "Thanks Please Reply With The Number This Message Was Sent By..." 
Replying with email address results in a repeat message about replying with the phone number like the SPAM system thinks the EMAIL Address (in this case the "Phone Number" ) Is Being read or thought of as a New or another Message being Forwarded to the service and it repeats the "Thanks please reply with the phone number...." 
 
This is Ongoing and i block and delete the messages but there are recurring similarities in email address. link urls, and shady message content.. etc... example of how i know these are phishy and suspicious urls and messages that make no sense or offer free amazon cards etc etc ... also i have Call Protect Premium but Again thats for phone numbers right? this is somehow getting by the phone number thing. Who can i report this to ? is this a vulnerability? bug? easy fix? why am i paying for all the protection if this happens all the time? etc etc...

Forwarding them to SPAM seems to have worked for me. When you get the reply asking for the originating phone number, reply with the email address.
