Install Interrupted for Galaxy S7
I'm stuck at Android version 6.0.1. I cannot update this phone. I've tried clearing cache, deleting apps/photos/music and when that failed, doing a factory reset. Every time I do and try and update the phone, the phone will spend about two hours trying to connect to device management. When it finally says its ready to update, I will follow the steps only to have the phone flash the "install interrupted - the software update could not be installed" screen. I am at home on wifi, with the phone plugged in to an outlet, about five feet away from the router.
Please help!

Good Morning @lovestotravel,
Welcome to the Community Forums! Not being able to get the update for your phone can be very concerning. THe steps you said you are taking are the steps I would have suggested to you.
We do have another resource you can try. It is our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. I will send you the link to this. When you click on the link I have provided please choose which model of S7 you have, then you will see an option for software release.

None of this helped at all. I walked through the entire process and it still won't install the update.
