IMEI not recognized by device unlock service
Hello,
I've just moved to the US from France and I want to use my Samsung galaxy s3 with att prepaid plan.
My phone is unlocked from french carrier and i should be able to use it with att, but att doesn't recognize it.
Can you please help ?

ATT can only unlock phones locked to ATT.
you will have to request unlock from your previous carrier.

This is a public forum. NEVER post personal information and NEVER, EVER post IMEI numbers on the internet.
Where are you getting the IMEI not recognized. While trying to activate a phone? You may need to contact AT&T and let them know you are using a foreign phone.
