We want to look into the primary cause of your inability to use data on your new phone. Let's begin by uncovering some more information about your experience.

  • Have you checked whether your device is compatible with AT&T network?
  • Are you able to make and receive outgoing and incoming calls and text messages?
  • If you haven't already, try resolving your experience by powering the device completely off then back on again.

Also, it's likely you'll need to compete the following steps below to add a device to your account:

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview.
  2. Open the My wireless section and select Add a device under My devices & add-ons.
  3. Find Bring your own device and select Get started.
  4. Follow the prompts to order a new AT&T SIM card.
