Hello @Ace3656 ,

We see where you are coming from, let's get you the help you need. MCK code means Master Code Key. This tends to happen when an unlock code is entered incorrect multiple times. The MCK code is only available with the manufacturer. We would recommend contacting the manufacturer so they can assist further.  Let us know if you have additional questions.

I don't know what "this phone" is, we can't see what you have.

However, the MCK can only come from the manufacturer. And, I'll tell you now that Samsung does not respond to requests for the MCK. They don't know if the device is stolen so they'd rather just stay out of it and say go to AT&T.

And, of course, AT&T can't help either.

My suggestion is to offer to return the phone and ask for refund from the seller.

If they won't honor the return, file a complaint with eBay, and consider yourself scammed by that seller.

Otherwise, toss that phone in the trash, call it a lesson learned, and buy from a legitimate retailer, or directly from the carrier.

@Ahmad3333   The answers are in the 3 months old posts above yours.  AT&T can’t help you with the MCK.  Get it from the manufacturer, or ask the person who gifted to you to get the code.

Or better yet - just throw that phone away.  Samsung simply does not give out that MCK to anyone as they will assume it's stolen.  And in most cases it probably was and then sold to an unsuspecting scam victim who found out they couldn't do anything with it either, so they "gave it away".

You should "give it away" to the nearest trash can because it's worthless.

Also NEVER post your IMEI in a public space. That is personal to your phone and you don't want crooks to have it.
