This is a customer populated forum, not att support. You have not provided enough information.

When you save voice messages disappearing, are you referring to your voicemail box? Your voicemail box stores voicemail messages for 14 days. You would have to listen and resave those messages, or after 14 days they disappear.

Is there a reason your IMEI might be a problem?

For whatever reason voice messages i had disappeared.  All of these years i have never had an issue and today, i wanted to access a message i just listened to the other day and it was gone.  There have always been saved messages sitting in my voice mail.  Today, nothing.  No access, no deletions, nothing.  I can't even pull up old voice messages.

Thanks but that is not the issue.  Voice messages have disappeared.  There are no voice messages in my voicemail.  Done, gone, nata.  Thanks anyway.

Again... Are you referring to your voicemail box?

Are you referring to visual voicemail?

Please clarify.

Audible messages saved in your voicemail box are deleted after a certain amount of time. You cannot save all of your voice messages in your voicemail box forever. You either need to download them and create an MP3 to save them, or every 14 days listen to the message and save it again or it will be deleted. There's also a limited number of messages that you are allowed to save in your audible mailbox.

If you are downloading them onto your phone that is called visual voicemail. Visual voicemail is on the device itself. If you factory reset the device, or run out of storage space older messages may be deleted or archived. AT&T does not control the messages that are downloaded onto your phone.

And still not sure how any of this relates to you not having service. Have you done the ordinary things like checking to make sure that you still are paying your bill or refill on time?  Has your service been compromised and phone number ported away?

I can assure you that my bills are paid and i have done nothing to jeapordize my voice messages.  They have always been available when i have needed them and do not disappear after 14 days when saved.  Not sure why this is something that needs to be addressed.  There are others asking the same question and it never gets answered.  Again, thank you for your support.

@ATTHelp

And how is the original poster going to do that when they claim they now have no service?

This is a customer populated self-help forum. You have provided no information in order to get help from other customers. Clearly this is a waste of your time and mine. Please go to an AT&T store and sort it out with them
