I haven't received Android 10😭

Hi, I'm bought Samsung 10+ in China and it's under At&t. The problems is that I haven't received Android 10. My model number is SM-G975U and my baseband version is G975USQS2ASGB I'm currently in South Africa. AT&T please help😭😭😭😭

Your phone must have an ATT SIM card and on ATT’s network to get updates. You can’t update from South Africa.

There isn't other way(s) eg there isn't a way yo connect to ATT serves? Or  maybe recommend me a closest Android 10 that I can install and won't break my phone? Or maybe the ATT and Customer services can download it for me and send me via email? Just something along those lines.

no other way to receive updates they do them over the air through their network, there is no file to download and email to you your stuck with what you have until you go to the US and purchase at&t service
