I have a question about my s4 tablet.

I have a samsung tab s4 and I recently turned off service to that tablet because my mom has it along with a Lenovo tab which still has at&t service on my account and my question is is it possible without causing problems on my account to use the Lenovo tab's sim card which is the same size to update to the Sep 22nd update on my samsung tab s4 then to switch it back?
