I can't use my mobile data nor activate new SIM card on 5G supported device.

My current device is Samsung A71 with 5G Supported.

I had to change my phone because I was not able to make a phone call nor use mobile data. Later, I got a flip phone with new sim card in it, I tried to activate it but it doesn't work. It said that my new device is not compatible with ATT service. Where is the problem coming from? From the SIM card or my phone itself? I cannot use the mobile data for almost a month now!

PS. I called again, but the new new SIM card is on the way, but I just want to make sure that  my device is being supported.
PS2. However, when I turn on my new device, it shows T-Mobile instead of ATT, I don't know if it does matter but it would be very inconvenient.

Thanks!

So which is it?  A71  or a flip phone?  You post is very confusing.

If your new phone boots with T-Mobile screen, it can't work on at&t.  It may be carrier locked, but certainly is not voice over LTE capable.

Please buy an AT&T phone or compatible non carrier phone.

Unlocked phones that work on at&t.

Thank you so much for the response, and I'm so sorry if I made any confusion. It is my Samsung A71 that has the problem. I need a new phone then. Thank you for your help!
