I bought a used Galaxy s4 today and need it unlocked.

So I needed a new phone after my old S3 was stolen (AT&T model btw) and looked around for a good priced S4. Gamestop had a AT&T i337 for only $220 so I bought it. Problem is that it is sim locked and I use Tmobile. Is there anyway AT&T could unlock it for me?
