How do I know if my new Galaxy A14 5G is refurbished?
I bought a Galaxy A14 5G from an AT&T store, but it had a sticker on the back with an IMEI number, SKU, S/N, etc.
I paid full retail price for it as well.
On top of that, the quality of video and photos are quite low. Does this mean my phone is refurbished? It also came in a box in which the top was an AT&T one and the bottom said Samsung Galaxy A14 5G.
I'd really like to get clarity on this and I'll return it if it is refurbished.

You'd have to ask the store to be sure, but in my experience, stores don't sell refurbished devices. "A" series Samsung phones are designed to be low cost devices so there's not a lot "under the hood" so to speak. Low cost (in this case $200 retail) usually means lower quality features like camera, processor, screen tech, RAM, internal memory etc. especially when compared to higher quality devices like their "S" series devices.
