When will AT&T fix Google Messages, so it will work with RCS Chat? I have done everything suggested and it still will not send messages.

Hi there, scooter2869. Let's look into getting that RCS chat to work on Google Messages for your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
To use RCS please make sure Advanced Messaging is active on your phone. You can manage Advanced Messaging, including turning it off, in the messaging Settings menu.
For more details, check out "How do I use Advanced Messaging?" under the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section when you visit Set up Advanced Messaging.
Advanced Messaging is available on most Android smartphones and may not be compatible with certain rate plans. To enjoy the benefits of Advanced Messaging, you and the person you’re messaging will need Advanced Messaging (also referred to as RCS) -capable devices.
You can use Advanced Messaging if you:
If you have one of these features, they must be removed from your account for Advanced Messaging to work. Also, the ability to share files up to 100MB, along with group messages with up to 100 participants, will vary depending on the smartphones being used.
Try this and let us know how it goes. If your experience persists despite these steps then reach back out to us and let us know what happens when you try to use RCS with Google Messages so that we can provide a definite resolution for you.
Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums.
